Anima Sana in Corpore Sano - "ASICS"
ASICS Ltd. was founded as Onitsuka Co. in 1949.
A couple of years later, 1977 the Japanese manufacturer of athletic footwear changed his name into “ASICS”, an acronym of “anima sana in corpore sano”.
